What is it made of?

100% locally sourced. Contains LACTOSE

Can people eat it?
We DO NOT recommend eating it. We use 100% safe and natrual human grade ingredients. 

Can my cat eat these products?

Yes, your cat can eat Canine Cakes, but cats do not have a sweet tooth meaning they won’t particularly like the taste of the cake. 

Will it make my dog fat?
Canine Cakes will not make your dog fat when fed on a balanced diet. When feeding, be mindful on portions or take them for an extra walk (they’ll especially love that!).  

Could it make my dog sick?
Canine Cake is highly digestible and rarely has digestive issues for even sensitive stomachs, but always read ingredients and make sure your dog does not have any food allergies to the ingredients.

How much cake do I give my dog?

Please be considerate of the size of your dog in relation to the portion you give them. 

How many cupcakes does it make?

Each box makes 8- 12 mini cupcakes, or a 4″ round cake to be higher or a 6″ round cake to be thinner. It is up to you on what mould you would like to use. 

What is the shelf life?
Canine Cake has a 1 year shelf life before it is baked. After it is baked, cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days. They will last for several months in the freezer.

How do I make it?
Follow the instructions on the box: add 2 eggs, water, mix and bake at 180 degrees for 18-20 minutes dependant on how strong oven is. After cake is cooled, add water to the icing and decorate. If further help is needed watch the video on how to make it.  

What size pan should I use to bake a cake?
We recommend a 4″ round cake pan, but you can use any type of pan or mould you would like. We also recommend using cupcake moulds. 

NOTE: the cake may come out thin in a 6″ cake pan if used.   

What kind of icing should I use?
Icing is provided in each cake box. You also have an option for your fur babies desired topping.

The icing I made is too thick.
Carefully add additional drops of water at a time to create the desired thickness.

The icing I made is too runny.
Add 1 teaspoon of corn starch to make it more thicker.

What is the best way to store the finished Canine Cakes?
Store in an airtight container in a the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
